Tshepo Properties (Pvt) Ltd is a wholly owned Zimbabwean company, which is committed to providing the highest levels of services in property management, estate agents, property maintenance and development of building works and equipment to cover civil and electro mechanical structures, tools and equipment to include hiring, leasing, shares and securities of such items and has been in the business with operations since 2008.

 Tshepo Properties Pvt Ltd is a Property Development company duly registered according to the laws of Zimbabwe. The company deals in Property Development among other things and is guided by a vision which seeks to contribute to the national development agenda through the servicing and development of land into residential and commercial plots, Construction of modern and affordable housing units.

Tshepo Properties also identifies willing landowners around the country and partnering in coming up with housing model that meet the demands of the Zimbabwe Market. Tshepo Properties has been mandated by its sister company PE International to manage its Housing Construction Projects. Tshepo Properties Pvt Ltd owns urban residential land in Cleverhills and has been involved in land development since 2010.

The demand for housing in Zimbabwe is at its highest and Tshepo Properties is targeting this demand by identifying and partnering with landowners for housing construction.  We are currently constructing 4 single storey blocks with 10 Units on 8,242 m² in Grange and plans to build 6 single storey blocks with 18 units on 5 625 m²  in Hatfield and 7 double storey apartments with 14 units on 4 878 m² in Greendale this year. It has offices in Johannesburg (SA) and intends to penetrate the region notably SA, Zambia by 2022.
